@advopharmacista I made this specifically for pain relief but hematite can also improve focus. I have arthritis and Reynauds from years of dog walking and training. These have helped me. I wear one on each wrist when I have a flare up.

@lunaruby does fluorite need to be around neck? I def need to focus but love these. I open 300+ pill bottles daily. Wrists hurt but have bone on bone on left knee but only 34. Too young for knee replacement. Wish there was knee jewelry! Do you have two of these?

@advopharmacista Fluorite is for much more than that! I am so very limited in space in the description section. I first created the fluorite necklace after a conversation with a friend about how we are bombarded by electromagnetic fields in our modern society. The fluorite necklace came along shortly after. So that was the main point in the description but I named it Clarity for its attribute of mental focus. βΊοΈ
