This is outlined and separated from the leather shaft by the open teeth of a chunky pewter zip that adds a contemporary biker-like feel. Contributing to this is a welt-effect stitched with contrast coloured grey thread that frames the leather upper of the boot while creating a subtle but strong visual statement. This forms part of the robust, flexible TPE sole unit that has slip-resistant tread on the undersole and steps up into a 3cm textured grey block heel. Topping this is a spongy, textile lined insole that can be removed and replaced with an orthotic if necessary.
