Repurposed cocktail party dress from Amsterdam

This has to be most gorgeous cut of a dress I’ve ever worn Very feminine and flattering. Would fit a size 10-12 *slight pull around the waist (as shown in picture). However it’s barley noticeable as it’s on the black part of the fabric
