Retimans skirt

Sheer black and white skirt from Reitmans. Elastic waist, size 9 (would probably fit med-large comfortably). I fluctuated sizes and sometimes this fit perfectly, other times I cinched the waist with a white belt (no belt loops) so it would fit. If worn high waisted at the belly button, the length comes down to just above the knee. Double layered- top patterned sheer layer and inner black slip layer.
