I had weight loss surgery in 200o, went from 380 to 180, mom was diagnosed with cancer, died, I had an accident, back injury, need surgery...295. The struggle is real! BUT...the size 10's and under are from my aunts.LOL! I think I wore size 10 when I was 10!🤣 Keep your head up and be proud! You're beautiful!😁

I can relate there I’ve had four orthopedic surgeries several concussions lately from three car accidents so my neck and all my joints hurt nonstop. I’m actually in the hospital right now. I found my shipping supplies (boxes are free/USPS) But tissue paper/ribbon/thank you cards/stickers etc I found I could get much more for less money. on Amazon. I'm stocked up. There's also alot of items like cello self stick bags etc on nilecorp.com and hangers, and displays

pjsellsthings @lisaebaca as far as clothes, jewelry and make up, I've been going through closets to see what people sell, what they charge and IF they're selling a lot of it or if it's just sitting there. Also, if lots of people are selling the same things, that's hard to sell. I don't buy make up wholesale on PM. I didn't check first. I bought high end make up that the wholesalers sell at what is actually retail online. So I have to sell it for what I paid and lose 20% to PM.

pjsellsthings @lisaebaca just do your pricing research, check on ebay, etsy and just look for the items that you want to put in your boutique and see what they're selling for online. If you can't make a profit, if PM is already flooded with the item, don't buy it. you'll end up losing money and working too hard to sell.

pjsellsthings @lisaebaca also, use the "funnel" feature to sort by item, price, brand etc to compare your items and see the *average* selling prices on PM. if you have to price your same item higher to make a profit or break even, don't do it.Also, I just read an article about brands that DON'T sell well, also. check that out too. pjsellsthings @angiek1955grama Sure! make sure you have the buyers name with @ then go to your closet and find the first item to bundle. don't open it, just tap the bundle icon in the center with the + it will tell you to find a person. put in @buyersname then tap the correct buyer when it shows up just wait...you'll see it add. go back and repeat until you've added everything. pjsellsthings @angiek1955grama when you've added all the items look at the bottom and tap "offer" then make your offer on the bundle and submit to buyer. note: if changes are made, you can't just add/subtract. you have remove all items and re add the entire order with changes. if not, it will mess up inventory, your sales and rating and mailing label.(experience!)

It is also "scam season" and I've read there are ways to scam sellers, but all I know at this point is that I had a buyer who made a purchase then changed her user name. for safety, I made her cancel and rebuy with her new name. double check the buyers username, be sure you've entered it correctly using @ first. if it doesn't come up, try to make contact on PM. DO NOT GO OFF PM.

pjsellsthings @lisaebaca just make sure the amount adds up correctly. When a buyer submits an offer there is not discounted shipping unless PM has offered something. If you offered her a shipping discount, her offer should be equal whatever your item offer was, plus the shipping amount she is to pay. If she makes an offer too low, counter with the right price. I think my email is listed if you tap on "about" only because I don't have to chop up my explanations!😂But you're not a bug! lmk if it works out.

You don't have to do anything. You can just advertise yourself as an ambassador, if that's all you want to do. Oh! also, you may want to read some posh blogs and newsletters and watch some YouTube videos. There are pro/cons to everything.

Sometimes people just have to learn the hard way. I've read comments in the luxury market about people being ripped over designer bags. There are some really nice, high-end pieces; yours included. Every seller has their practice on what works for them. Some say better to get $5 and have it gone, some buy bulk clothing from Goodwill or similar and sell everything for $5 or $8 others paid full retail and don't want to give it away for $5. pjsellsthings @crpumpkin02 Then buyers are so greedy and they find those $5 deals, they expect it. I don't do closet clear out any more. I don't drop prices everytime PM says to. I create my own sales when I want, for as long as I want and only the pieces I want on sale. Some pieces I'll list high so there's plenty of room for negotiation. Some things I list high based on MY EARNINGS AFTER PM 20% being the lowest I will accept. NO DISCOUNTS. (next comment)

pjsellsthings @crpumpkin02 that being said, are you ok only getting $56 for a $200+ dress? If not, dont do it. Relist it at YOUR price; wait it out. discount other things. But really truly, sharing lots of other Poshers items and getting reciprocal shares gives highest visibility by largest # of Poshers, so that ONE posher sees and sends an offer or hits BUY NOW. Sell on YOUR terms; not the buyers. As one Posher put it "They pay full price for their Jordan's. Make them pay your price for your dress!"

pjsellsthings @crpumpkin02 that's great! I suggest you delete it, reshoot the photo a little more creativity and better lighting. Then list it as a NEW listing. It's better for your stats, AND...the photo is kind of dark; if you can get more light on it you"ll see better detail (or you can use the "Street" filter on the cover page) and buyers that have seen it for a year will feel like they're seeing something new.😁

We should never have to feel"less than" or "not good enough" and we should ALWAYS have confidence and never avert our eyes and avoid eye contact. This goes for ALL sizes of women. But just a simple thing like loving your clothes, not dressing in the stereotypical "dumpy fat girl, low self esteem" look, it changes how we feel about ourselves and then changes how others see us! Be strong!😁😘🌹❤

pjsellsthings @shophere1020 Thank you! Age shouldn't be a factor in how we dress ourselves. I have friends our age who can still pull off a mini skirt. Granted; some makeup changes were necessary, but in that, it kept them looking more confident and less "trying too hard". Confidence is a look that never goes out of style and looks great on everyone; regardless of age and what you're wearing.😁😘

If so, when using cc, your information will be verified 1st for your protection. pjsellsthings @jessicahh14 Hi Jessica! No it was a shipping rate increase, as the USPS increased their rates. It's like...32 cents I I think? In the top of my closet there's a listing with info...you can share or screenshot it and list it in your own closet if you like. I've been sharing it a lot since I "discovered" it and it's gotten a lot of shares as well.

Of course, you can send anyone on PM a love note, but it's not counted as an actual verified love note. 😁

crackerann Love you’re philosophy! I looked to see if you are a Californian too. Did you go to the Renaissance Faire at Black Point past Vacaville? I’m 63, I love our era, clothes, art s music! I guess we are vintage now, an excellent vintage!! Anyway, I had to ask about the Faire! It was so much fun and held in a forest. I know they used to have them through out CA. Oh did you happen to grow up in the same town as Frank Zappa!? Just wondering we enjoyed the BEST MUSIC! Will visit your closet often.
