☕️Retro ‘20’s ‘50’s bundle of 3: brown velours midi dress, black belt & necklace

Nice retro mix: classic dark brown dress w/ a 1950’s twist, scales-covered elastic belt from the 1970’s. With the long necklace & the waist without belt & lowered: it becomes a roaring 1920’s style. Dress Versatile in style depending on how you accessorize, e.g casual, semi-formal, business-like. Versatile in size: Expansible jersey covered with deep brown velours. Elastic at waist so body is loosely bloused & looks nice on many body shapes & sizes including: - a heavy breast woman with a small hip because of the relaxed fit of the torso. - a small woman like the live model - pregnant woman (without a belt when elastic is worn above belly) The sleeves over the beginning of the shoulders are typical of the 1950’s. Measurements in inches when approximate & flat: Length:49.5 Pit2pit:23.5 (irrelevant because is wide open & very low cut) Waist at about 20 from shoulder is lower to allow blousing of the torso w/a belt. At rest: 15 ( but can expand a lot) Custom made 4 pregnant me. Ended up not wearing it, so vintage new. If you wear drop waist style, add an embellished hip belt worn to the side. Hand wash in cold water. Dry flat Belt: Elastic covered w/lizard-like black scales Useful length at rest: 25 (expandable up to size 14) Necklace: 1920’s style w/its lime green & Victorian pink cut baubles & filigreed shapes linked by tarnished gold chains of various length (longest is 19x2 inches).
