Retro 70's Los angeless Apparel Safari dress

NWOT 100% cotton. Made in the US. waist is elastic. It is 13" without stretching and goes up to 15". Size tag is OS, but it fits a size M/L Length from top of back collar to hem is 37.5". First photos depict true kahki color.
