Very Retro! One of these bands has been gently used, others are sealed in original package. Bands are way back from Cassy Ho's Workout Video Days! Older fans will remember waiting each week for a new video and on occasion needing some resistance bands to workout with (optional of course!) If you are a fan of Cassy or just in need of a quality band these are for you. Bright colours allows for you to tell which bands offer which resistance level.
