Retro Cherry Print High Waisted Swimsuit

Cute retro style swimsuit from Forever 21. Blue suit with red cherry print. Ruching on high waisted bottoms, bandeau top with halter strap. It says size large but it fits more like a medium in the bottoms and a small in the top. This would fit someone with fuller hips and a smaller bust well. Great condition, barely worn.
