Hard to capture true colour but it is a muted sky blue. The elastic waist is very 80s / 90s but it could be a modern made piece in a retro style. Not sure. Has 2 pockets and a long zip. Perfect for the summer or DIY project. Made of a lightweight synthetic material (Polyester?) Marked XL but probably best for M/L if you like a oversized fit.
