Retro Polka Dot Peplum Dress

Vintage black and white polka dot peplum dress from Perspective. Purchased second hand and never worn. Has belt loops that could easily fit any average sized belt (no belt came with). Not sure of size or material - fits like a medium and feels like a stretchy polyester, is slightly sheer (doesn’t seem that noticeable when on). Very slight discolouration on back of collar (shown in last photo) Measurements: 19” pit to pit 18” waist 20” hips 44” total length 15” sleeve length 5” arm openings 6” slit in back
