Retro Vintage collared short sleeve velour sweatshirt

Guy!! Seriously adorable! True vintage...I'll go with 70's. Color is brown with off white piping down sleeves from collar. No size tag..I'm guessing it would be a size small/medium but look at the measurements provided. For reference model in pic normally wears a size Small. 19" pit to pit 24" long(can be pulled up shorter due to hem style.
