Retro blue dress with soft pink floral overlay

Purchased on Retrostage once upon a time. It looked so beautiful on, but alas due to weightloss via health issues, I have to give her up. She fits comfortably and feels so light. No worries about it being see through, there's no concern there. And even though it is very lightweight, it doesn't fly away easily. And? Fun fact! Wore it to see Shawn Hook live for an event and he called it cute. (this was like 5 years ago though but I cherish that memory).
