Retro flats

Reposhing this item I purchased from @prairiegrrl. They are absolutely adorable, but unfortunately, my instep is too high for the elastic strap. These cuties are best for a slim foot with a low to medium instep. The elastic strap has some give but is snug. Questions? Leave a comment below!
