Retro polka dot short sleeve dress with poof sleeve

Never worn! Linen and cotton blend. Ruched detailing in front and back of dress which makes it waist synching and flattering. Low cut double V neck. Can comfortably wear a bra. Size L but would fit S and M also. Quite short for me at 5’8… it’s a bit shorter than mid thigh on me.
