lafemmelulu Yes! Very stretchy, the waist looks so tiny laid flat because it’s smocked. I can measure it fully stretched for you. 🙂

lafemmelulu @nicolej__ Yes! It is very stretchy. It looks so tiny laid flat because it’s smocked but I can measure it fully stretched for you. 🙂 It’s approx. 15 inches fully stretched, laid flat. Because of this, will fit an XS-S very well! Hope this helps.
