Retro style black and white polka dot fit and flare dress with pockets

Charming fit and flare dress with retro style! Black with over-all white polka dots. Flutter sleeves. Buttons all the way down the front. Large pockets on both sides of the flared skirt. Unlined. This dress has belt loops, but didn't come with a belt. I bought the red belt separately, and I will include it in the purchase since I think the styling is adorable. Pit to pit 20” Waist: 17” Length: 43” 95% polyester, 5% Spandex I bought this dress last summer for a 50's themed cocktail party and got rave reviews! Worn only once and then washed. In excellent like-new condition.
