Retro white dress with crinoline

Retro white dress with navy polka dots. Comes with wide silk, navy ribbon that ties around the waist. Crinoline underskirt (attached) makes skirt a beautiful A-line. Crinoline skirt falls a few inches below the knee. Bought at a consignment store and wore a few times for parties.
