Retro-50s elastic waist belt in red, handmade

Handmade about 5 years ago and never worn. Primary red colour, stretches a lot but is stiff due to it's new condition. Without stretch it fits a 27" diameter. Silver and jewelled buckle, tarnished. (Silver is polishable by a toothpaste scrub and a water rinse - I'm not sure how the belt material would fare with toothpaste.)
