Revamped Crop Flower Top

This top is so pretty and it flows so nicely! It has an elasticize band underneath so no worries about anything showing or slipping out! The ruffles around the entire top make the piece as well as the arms well shorter as the ruffles enhance it! Bought on Posh just a couple weeks ago but it’s too big!
