Black and cream stripe romper with cream crochet on the bottom trim. Elastic waist. Corded belt with tassels. Elasticated on top so it can be worn off shoulder. Pit to pit is approximately 19", waist is 13" and stretches to 19" and length is 26" from the TOP of the chest down. Gently worn.

I'm 161/2 - 17 inches in a cross and well I have a bit of a butt. Do you think it would fit? I'm a 12 in some jeans
