Reverse Painted Lamp Shade & Lamp

This is a beautiful painted shade. There are some tiny marks that most likely will come off. I do not want to attempt as I do not want to damage it in any way. The diameter is approximately 11.75 in wide and the shade itself stands almost 6 in together with the lamp base it stands approximately 16.5 in. The base is approximately 4.25 in in diameter.
