Reversible Floral/Aztec Navy, Beige/Black, Off-White Elastic Smocked Waist Summer Boho Vibe Maxi Skirt. Has no brand or labels. Made of cotton fabric with no stretch. Has an elastic-smocked waistband with drawstrings for each side. Has a one-tier gathering detail that starts at the hip level and then goes very wide up to the hems. One side is navy blue with floral beige and tan details, and the other side is black and off-white with Aztec details. Measured laying flat, 14” approx at the waistband and 17.5” approx when the waistband is fully stretched, 23” approx at the hips ( the beginning of the tier), and the total length of the skirt is 39” approximately.
