Reversible neon yellow blouse/light jacket with convertible sleeves change from 3/4 to full length with snap buttons. One side has chest pockets on exterior, the other side does not. Front hem is longer than back. No tags, but fits a small comfortably. Measures 16.5” flat-across chest. Fabric feels like cotton.
