Reversible floral printed top, 15” wide / 20” shoulder to hem

I got this secondhand so I don’t know too much about this top, other than that it’s beautiful and needs to go to a great new home (it doesn’t fit me, unfortunately). I think it is 100% cotton, and it looks handprinted and hand sewn. And it’s reversible: one side features a red and brown flower print on a black background, and the other features blue flower print over yellow. I’m not sure what the proper terminology is, but the two printed fabrics are sewn together - it’s not one material printed on both sides. Measurements, laid flat: - 20” shoulder to hem - 19.5” long (back neckline to hem) - 15” long (front neckline to hem) - 18” wide
