Black dress (will need a slip for underneath) I cut the rags off so I could wear it both ways: Floaty cowl neck, tied at the waist Or, high pleated neck, low floaty cowl back I have also worn it as a top I love this dress! I just never have anything to wear it to Only worn a couple times Comes with matching black tie
