Brand new! Just received them today after 2.5 months shipping and they are too small . They are absolutely stunning and I'm obsessed with them but I can't breathe in them or bend over or sit. Size 26 but runs small. For reference , I have 38 inch hips 26 inch waist (waist fits perfect) would be good for someone who wears 25/26 in levi's . Or hips no more than 37 inches .
