janem1313 @deannehammond Hi, I would say this fits like a regular size small. It is also a stretchy material. I am a size small dress or size 4-6, 34 DD and this fits me perfect. Shoulder to hem is approx 31 inches. Bust 15" Waist 13" and hips 16".
