Reworked Navy and White Vintage Dress

Reworked vintage dress by Ark Reworked. One of a kind piece! New with tags, labelled as one size. Front and collar ruffle detailing with vintage buttons. Dress length is a few inches above the knee with an elasticized waist. Skirt is lined. Forgiving sizing as the material has stretch and the waist is elasticized but I would say it fits like a size medium.
