Reworked dress

Dress made/reworked by a small brand named Breakfast with Matisse on Etsy. Really gorgeous but haven’t been able to make it work on me unfortunately. Waist ties! It’s a very boho feel dress - wide sleeves, open back, sheer, & lots of fun patterns & textures.
