Ribbon skirt With Fringe Aboriginal/ first nation - gorgeous!!!5520

This hand made ribbon skirt is absolutely gorgeous. see photos. Note the waist when pulled taut is 17 inches. Ribbons and fringe are in good shape. Total skirt length is 37 1/2 inches approximately but the fringe extends approximately 2 inches below the hem. See photos of the stitching - triple stitch waistband and zigzag side hem.
