Richards Black silk mini party prom Dress sparkling black beaded top US size 12

Vintage black sheer mini dress from English fashion shop Richards. It is a classic A-line mini dress just over the knee, fully embelished by hand with shiny black beadings. Short sleeves. Completely lined inside. Long zipper at the back for easy wear. Personally purchased it from Richards shop in London, England years ago but never used it and kept it unused clean with its tag on, in smoke-free home. UK Petite size 16 and it will fit US petite size 12 or maybe also regular size 12 as this is a vintage dress in comfortable A-line style. Please see all pictures with exact measurements.
