It's a very structured coated cotton - so like very stiff! 27 inch actual waistband. 42 inches in length. 36 inch hips. (you might want to make sure there is a little room for ease due to the nature of the fabric) 91% cotton, 6% polyethylene, 3% elastane. Never worn - but there is some areas where the red coating has cracked off, at the side. I suspect that you will get that as the skirt wears in!
