Rickie's blue, white flower & polka dot dress, size 8 ladies, NWOT

Rickie's brand NWOT - took tags off and hung up in closet (to forget about it 🤦‍♀️) Size 8 ladies. Black with blue & white flowers, polka dot details throughout. Sateen feeling, black attached slip underneath. Sits about knee length on me (5'3" tall). Zipper back, 3/4 length of back up until cut out area. Very cute cutout design in upper back. Button detail on top back collar. Attached belt design can help tighten around waist, increasing that hourglass figure ;) Has a '50s vibe, cut to it, super adorable 🥰 Brand new dress, no wear. No flaws that I can see. Doesn't fit properly anymore so it's time to let it go. See pics for approx dimensions and video for how it wears.
