Rickis Fit & Flare Size 18 White and Navy Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @hillarykettle. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I love this dress, but unfortunately it’s slightly too small for me. I do not believe that this dress is a standard size 18. The sizing I think would best fit someone who’s a size 16. Tag is still on dress. Only tried on.
