Perfect dress for work with a sexy edge for night. Metal zipper down the front and cute cap sleeves. This dress hits just below the knee so it pairs great with tall boots. pinkwillow7 @thriftylove593 Hi thriftylove, sorry for the delay in responding as I was away for the evening. The dress is from Ricki’s so I would say it is more a 6/8 than a 4/6...I always find that their dresses fit just a tiny bit larger. From the neckline it measures 31 inches and from the shoulder it is right about 36 inches. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
