Ricki's Navy Blue Tiered Lace Dress

Only worn a few times. There are some minor loose threads, but basically indistinguishable from the fringe in the lace. In overall great condition! The very top lace is unlined so it's sheer and the back has some sheer mesh. The skirt has 2 tiers with the same lace. Looks black but is navy blue.
