Ricki’s flare leg dress pants in a size 4. Navy with blk waistband never worn

From Ricki’s a nice pair of flare trouser/pants in a size 4. Small flare leg. Dark blue with black trimmed out waistband and pockets. Longer length. I am 5”6 but like to wear heels with flares Poly/rayon/wool/spandex. See tag Never wore. I didn’t check fabric tag and am allergic to wool.
