Rickis vintage sparkle floral blue cross over top

This blouse is to die for. It is vintage and has been in my closet since I was 19. It is a beautiful pattern with sparkle print throughout and a nice wide band on the cross over so it doesn't flop down. This top has been worn a total of 4 times. It is in great condition and ready for its new owner.
