Worn twice in Hawaii and it was great! Size small, tight fit, works super well. Doesn’t ride up. 50+ UPF Sun protection. 15” across the chest but when stretched it’s 20”. Washed in Nellie’s and no fabric softener. Fragrance free, non smoking home. Non-shedding wheaten terrier home, but she doesn’t care about clothes, only treats.
