Ritzy rhinestone 30s belt buckle signed WMCA + Scarf clip!

What a wonderful vintage accessory! Clipped together, the two pieces measure just over 4 inches across. Slightly heavy golden metal embellished with rhinestones and baguettes. A few stones on each piece are missing - this is hardly noticeable, but also easily fixed. Otherwise in great condition. Each piece is signed WMCA, for White Metal Casters Association, makers of fancy belt buckles, brooches and pendants, particularly in the 1930s. Also marked "19", but I am not sure of the significance of that. I am adding a scarf clip, just over an inch in diameter, which is of similar vintage and design. It's in perfect shape. No markings.
