This has ruffles around the neckline and down the front. The front also has a zipper for closure and two zippered pockets. This vest is fully lined, and dry clean only. Lots of detail on the front adds interest. This piece is well constructed and is in excellent used condition. Made of soft vegan leather. Measurements are - Pit to pit [when zipped up] is 19 1/2 inches. The length of the garment from the top back to the bottom hem is 17 1/2 inches. Arm holes measure 22 1/2 inches The width at the hips(bottom of the vest) is 36 inches. This area does have a bit of stretch built in.
