These have a raw hem, I would suggest you get them hemmed to stop them from fraying any further unless you prefer that look. There has been a small repair done under one of the belt loops as well as a few stains on the inside of the jeans. All signs of wear/flaws are as seen in the photos, apart from all of that these are in great overall condition.
