Gorgeous finishing details with the double breasted snap buttons and stitch detailing on the sleeves and back. Has pockets and belt loop. This is a vintage item so please be aware there may be very minor flaws in stitching or fabric, but this is in overall fantastic condition. There are belt loops on the blouse but did not come with a belt. Size is Italian size 40 which is a women’s small or an 6-8
