Rock Steady retro pinup 50s style button-up chambray dress with collar

Blue retro chambray dress with and white buttons all the way down. Has a double chelsea collar and an A-line fit. Comes with a sash tie/belt. Vintage 50s aesthetic. From the pin-up/rockabilly brand Rock Steady Clothing Inc and purchased from Modcloth. Tag says XS but the waist is quite small (23.5") with the linen-like material having no stretch so I'd say it fits more like XXS. Please msg me for measurements.
