Rogers Silver plated flower frog

A. Rogers Silver plated Bowl with Glass Frog for Floral Arranging Made in Canada circa 1930s Heavy 16 hole clear glass frog is in excellent condition 3.75" or 9.5cm across Center hole has the usual small hole for a flower stem OR can be used for a taper candle as there is also a wider hole that can accommodate a 7/8" tapered candle. Top surface is smooth, with no chips or cracks. It looks like it was engraved with 2 sets of initials - maybe an engagement or wedding gift? I've left the patina as is, but you could certainly polish it back to bright silver.
