Great insulated weather proof design. Adjustable elastic straps. Neck opening is 8" zipped up and 9" unzipped.Back is 16" at widest and under side is an adjustable elastic to go around girth. Probably another 16" around belly to meet sides so could fit a girth of appx 32" around, see pics. My dog usually wears size large to extra large due to his girth but he is too old for needing an active type coat so this so this is perfect for a medium to large dog.
