Romantic Couple with dog Collectible Table art

Beautiful, vintage style young couple with dog collectible table decor. I don't have the original box but it will be packed securely in a box with lots of stuffing. Mill wheel turns. I have shown what appears to be a spot on the mill that has slightly darker beige paint on it. Never noticed it ever before until I took pics. From clean, pet and smoke free home.
