jessp324 @sm836 bust is about 17inches undone. This is a tie top so it goes as small as you want depending on how tight you tie it. Waist is 13.5 inches but due to the tie part being attached to the waist it can also be tightened based on how tight you tie it. The hips laying flat are about 19 inches. Measurements vary due to the style of the romper and being able to adjust it
