Romwe Shein Black Pink Lace Tiered Skirt

(Crossposted from my depop!) Adorable Romwe/Shein skirt, two- tiered with black lace on the hems, a super cute pink & black piece. In excellent condition, I tried it on once but it doesn't go past my thighs lol. Tagged as size M, probably fits true to size but there is ZERO stretch so the waistband.. does not accomodate for bigger hips to squeeze in. Or thighs. Measurements are as follows (laid flat): Waist (middle of top band of fabric): 39.5 cm/12 inches Length (top to bottom): 41.5 cm/12.5 inches
